Morgan Onda is one of the creative brains(?) behind Oni-Oni. A Chef for over 40 years. Owner/operator of Sakura Sushi, Grocery & Japanese Restaurant since the before-times. Morgan with his charming wife, Nami, saw the possibility of A Japanese Confectionary Shop in Victoria.
Nami has worked in the hospitality industry for well over ...uh ...well. She won't let me say how long (she's still only 29, desu-ne?) But her experiences began when she was but a teenager in Japan. She was the inspired mind behind Oni-Oni, and still brings her great ideas to the shop.
Hyoga has been Cooking professionally since he was 15, and was recently coerced by the Owners to grab hold of Oni-Oni and help keep it focused and on the path. His first time in the "Front", he's doing great!
Mochi is THE cutest dog in the world. Although from mixed heritage (Boston-French-Pug), she remains to be the best dog in the world - if not the shop.
